Changes to the Hume Bank Board   We are announcing upcoming changes to our Board, with Director Patricia Montague retiring from the Board on 1 May 2026 following the completion of her term. We thank Patricia for her valuable contribution, including her leadership as Chair of the People & Culture Committee.    Subject to completion of the Geelong Bank merger, and Hume Bank’s formal nomination process, Allison Batten GAICD, current Chair of Geelong Bank, and Graham Fryer, Managing Director of Geelong Bank, will be nominated to join the Hume Bank Board from 1 May 2026.   As Hume Bank continues to grow, these appointments will ensure strong governance outcomes continue following the completion of the Geelong Bank merger, whilst also supporting the Bank’s continued focus on serving its communities and delivering on its strategic purpose.
