Humatica Senior Promotions We are pleased to announce two senior promotions at Humatica. Paul David Simpson has been promoted to Partner and is based in Zurich. Since joining Humatica as an Analyst in 2015, Paul has supported numerous international organizational transformation projects. He has been instrumental in defining Humatica’s commercial excellence playbook and altus behavioral benchmarking tools and services. Additionally, Edward Kardouss has been promoted to Director and is based in London. Edward joined Humatica in 2025 with a wealth of experience from strategic roles at Marks & Spencer, Sapient and L.E.K. Consulting. He has delivered high-impact org transformation advisor to Humatica’s clients and facilitated internal commercial process improvements. Both have played an important role in Humatica’s development and we are delighted to recognise their progression. Congratulations to Paul and Edward on their promotions.
