Negar Asghari and Keti Robakidze took part in the kick-off workshop for Leipzig University’s T.E.A.M. programme – a mentoring and career development programme for selected female PhD students. The programme offers a valuable opportunity to connect with experienced mentors, reflect on individual career and personal development goals, and benefit from peer mentoring within a supportive community of women academics at a similar stage of their academic journey. During the workshop, participants got to know their cohort, learned more about how the programme works, and exchanged perspectives on their current positions, goals, and challenges as early-career researchers. Negar attended the workshop as a PhD researcher in the #LiebKind project at HumanKind, together with Keti, LiebKind Predoc: https://lnkd.in/ewJNhZSu They are looking forward to the upcoming mentoring process, workshops, expert talks, and networking opportunities – and to learning from and with this inspiring community: https://lnkd.in/ebwEgD7z THANKS to Office for Equality, Diversity and Family Affairs at Universität Leipzig and Carolin Demus. #HumanKind #LeipzigUniversity #TEAMProgramme #FemalePhDStudents #Mentoring #EarlyCareerResearchers #AcademicCareers #WomenInScience #LiebKind
