🌪️⚡ Time for a long-overdue update. At the end of 2024, I wrapped up my time with Evergen (acquired by Intellihub Group), excited to pivot toward the international development sector. My goal was to take my experience in clean energy access and operations to working with multilaterals, development banks, or NGOs. Twenty days into freedom (unemployment), the Trump administration buried an axe in USAID, flooding the sector with thousands of highly experienced professionals. I was stubborn at first, but then I pivoted. Over the past year I’ve worked as a freelance contractor in tech, helping teams roll out business process automation and AI agents mostly across Australia’s energy sector. It’s been fast-paced, challenging, and incredibly rewarding. A huge thank-you to the teams I’ve collaborated with this year, including those at Hachiko, JET Charge and Dominic Reardon's super secret project which I cant wait for him to announce. And especially to ⚡️Ben Burns and Keeva Speyer. I've had a lot of fun getting the pistons firing at 10x Labs, where I’m lucky to work alongside a global team of brilliant engineers building whatever needs building. If you’re working in energy, or have any fun problems that need solving re automation or AI-driven ops, lets get a coffee ☕
