This year at HUGO BOSS, we kept the momentum going well beyond #InternationalWomensDay.  This week in Metzingen, we focused on how sharing knowledge and experience can help bridge the AI gap for women — led by women! Our campus became a hub for AI, learning, and empowerment: we kicked off our brand-new AI Learning Days format, tested skills in an interactive Prompt Arena, and offered hands‑on demos with VR headsets to explore the intersection of women’s health and AI. We were also excited to welcome renowned AI thought leader Nicole Büttner as a guest speaker for our Women in AI talk, sharing inspiring perspectives on how women are shaping the future of AI and innovation.  When more women are part of the AI conversation, the solutions we create become smarter, fairer, and more inclusive.
