They require technical expertise, regulatory understanding, complete system thinking - and above all, real partnerships. That was the central idea behind the Hug Marine Conference 2026 in Bremen, where we welcomed customers, prospects and partners from across the marine industry for a focused day of presentations, expert exchange and technical discussions. Together, we looked at the topics currently shaping the future of marine emissions: ๐ŸŸขalternative fuels and new catalyst requirements ๐ŸŸขIMO, ULEV and Stage V regulatory complexity ๐ŸŸขDPF experience on workboats and large engines ๐ŸŸขcompact complete solutions combining DPF, SCR and silencer technology ๐ŸŸขservice, monitoring and long-term lifecycle considerations A special highlight was the Market place format, which created space for direct conversations with our experts. We discussed customer challenges and the practical questions behind reliable emission reduction. Cleaner marine operations are achieved through more than technology alone. They are built on experience, trust and close collaboration from first concept to certification, installation and service. A big thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to such an open and valuable day. The conversations continue at SMM 2026 in Hamburg this September - and we look forward to welcoming you there! #Marine #EmissionsReduction #ExhaustAftertreatment #SCR #DPF #MarineIndustry #SMM2026
