At HubX, leadership is not defined by title or hierarchy. It’s shaped by the impact we create, both in the work and in how we support our teams to grow. Our leadership team spent two days in Urla at Uzbaş Arboretum for the Leadership Training. It was time dedicated to how leadership takes shape at HubX. Not as a role, but as a way of working. Built around ownership, open communication, and the responsibility to move both the work and the team forward. 🌝 Across workshops and real cases, we focused on the impact leaders create. How they enable their teams, how they build trust through feedback, and how they stay connected through clear and direct communication. 🙌 More than anything, it was about reflecting on how we work today and continuing to build on it.
