Two months have flown by since I embarked on the #EDBAssociateProgramme from onboarding bootcamp to diving into my first rotation with the Global Enterprises Division (Americas), engaging companies keen to set up or expand in Singapore. The onboarding was both eye-opening and energizing – packed with insights from #EDBians, a memorable 2D1N teambuilding, debating lunch options, and bonding over post-work gatherings. Since starting my rotation, I’ve had the opportunity to work with capable and nurturing colleagues who’ve made learning on the job a joy. A big thank you to everyone at EDB who’s made this journey meaningful so far, especially the associates and the amazing HR team: Kerri Tan, Clara Seng, Rachel Thexeira, Venessa Lee for delivering the programme so well.
