𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀, 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱. As the leadership team of People & Culture we have a special responsibility: to act as role models for our entire organization. We know that only together we can achieve more – and that a shared vision, common values, and mutual trust are the foundation for this. During our offsite the last two days, we dedicated time to exactly that: building trust, strengthening our collaboration, and aligning on a clear and inspiring direction for People & Culture at MAN Truck & Bus SE. Open feedback played a central role in our discussions – because only through honest exchange we can grow as individuals, as a team, and as an organization.
