Our Early Careers community continues to drive innovation at HUB24. In a one-day intensive, our interns were put to the test - developing practical tech solutions to tackle real challenges faced by our Growth team. With productivity and efficiency front of mind, many of the ideas focused on streamlining admin and automating processes. The strongest concepts are now being further developed with several expected to be integrated into day-to-day operations in the coming months to deliver tangible productivity gains. This kind of initiative reinforces the value we place on our Early Careers community, giving them the opportunity to learn through hands-on experience and contribute to real business outcomes.
