We Are Hiring – OPT Recruiter Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (Onsite) Experience: 2–4 Years Company: HS Solutions Inc We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven OPT Recruiter who can source and onboard OPT/CPT/H1B candidates for marketing opportunities in the US Staffing domain. Roles & Responsibilities: Source OPT/CPT/H1B candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Maintain and build a strong pipeline of bench candidates. Coordinate with candidates regarding technologies, preferences, and relocation. Work closely with Bench Sales/Marketing team for profile submissions. Screen resumes and validate candidate information. Maintain candidate database and regular follow-ups. Good understanding of US Staffing and OPT recruitment process. Required Skills: Experience in OPT/CPT Recruitment. Strong sourcing and communication skills. Knowledge of technologies and US visa classifications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good negotiation and coordination skills.
