A few words on clarity, leadership and the actual world we live in. Yesterday I ran a 2-hours Masterclass Lead With Clarity - Know Which Signals to Follow. I introduced some of the practical tools of the InnSæi® Leadership model. I got a question in the session that I've been thinking about this morning: How does aligning with InnSæi make us more likely to serve people and the planet as leaders? It's a great question, it lies at the core of the InnSæi® practice and is a strong thread in my book. It was a great reminder for me to speak more about the distinction between a well trained intuition through InnSæi, and instinct that arises from fear or ego and translates into polarization, conflicts and this idea that the world belongs to a few people. When we're aligned with InnSæi we innately get how we're all connected, how everything is interconnected and part of the web of life. When we know this in our bones, we don't need to 'have a degree' or certain expertise to understand how melting London, hottest days on record, or deteriorating ecosystems affect our day-to-day lives and the future of humanity. It's become dangerous to people and the planet how we confuse a well trained intuition with instinct that arises from fear. We need leadership that is pro-life, pro-nature, pro-humanity, pro-love. Yes, love. Today's world needs more of InnSæi and less instinct. What do you think? thank for sharing this brilliant video Diana Verde Nieto - and for all the work you do in this world. #Leadership #Climate #InnSæi #Planet #People #Love
