Debbie Adams Appointed Chief People Officer at RLC Aerospace Limited! RLC Aerospace Limited has appointed Debbie Adams as its Chief People Officer, bringing nearly three decades of leadership experience in human resources, talent development, organisational transformation, and culture change. Debbie joins RLC Aerospace after leading People First Collective, where she advised organisations on people strategy, leadership effectiveness, organisational culture, and employee engagement. Prior to that, she spent almost a decade at GKN Aerospace, serving as Vice President – HR, Talent & Engagement and earlier as Head of Talent & Development, leading global talent, leadership, and organisational capability initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held senior HR leadership roles with World Duty Free Group, LEGOLAND Windsor, and Letheby & Christopher, building extensive expertise across talent management, workforce planning, organisational development, employee relations, and leadership coaching. At RLC Aerospace, Debbie will lead the company's people strategy, helping strengthen organisational capability, leadership development, employee engagement, and culture as the organisation continues delivering advanced technology solutions for the global aerospace industry.
