Congratulations to Md. Sajedul Islam on his promotion to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Betopia Group. With more than 15 years of progressive experience in human resources leadership, Sajedul has built an impressive track record in people strategy, organisational development, talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and HR transformation. Before assuming the CHRO role, he served as Head of Human Resources at Betopia Group, where he led enterprise-wide HR strategy, performance management, learning and development, HR analytics, succession planning, employee experience, and culture initiatives across a workforce of more than 5,000 employees. Prior to joining Betopia Group, he was Head of People Management, WH & Distribution at JAT - Asia Coatings Limited, following earlier leadership roles as Head of Human Resources at Sultan Lifestyle Limited and Head of HR & Admin at JAT Holdings PLC. Earlier in his career, he built strong expertise across multiple HR leadership positions, establishing a solid foundation in strategic and operational human resources. In his new role, Sajedul will lead Betopia Group's enterprise-wide people strategy, driving organisational capability, leadership development, talent excellence, and culture transformation as the company continues expanding its AI-powered global business ecosystem.
