Congratulations to Katie Ibay on starting her new role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Radial Entertainment. Katie brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in human resources, organisational development, executive coaching, talent strategy, and business transformation across the entertainment, technology, media, and consumer sectors. Before joining Radial Entertainment, she founded Ibay HR, where she advised organisations on executive coaching, organisational design, culture transformation, HR integration, and change management while serving as Interim CHRO for multiple organisations. Prior to that, she was Chief People Officer at Meow Wolf, partnering with the CEO and Board to lead the company's people strategy during a period of rapid growth. Earlier, she served as Market HR Lead – Southern California at Google, helping shape workforce strategy and employee experience across multiple sites, and Head of HR at Fandango, where she led the HR integration of the Vudu acquisition. She also held senior HR leadership roles with NBCUniversal, Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Activision. Earlier in her career, she built broad HR leadership experience with Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages, SeeBeyond Technology, and Citibank. At Radial Entertainment, Katie will lead the company's global people strategy, focusing on organisational effectiveness, leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, and culture as the company continues expanding its position in the global entertainment industry.
