Bringing nearly 20 years of HR leadership experience, Shivaditya has built an impressive career across corporate, manufacturing, sales, R&D, and international HR. Before joining Alkem, he served as Head – HR, Piramal Consumer Healthcare at Piramal Pharma Ltd., where he led the HR transformation agenda. Earlier, he held senior HR leadership roles at AYM Syntex Limited and spent nearly a decade with Asian Paints, partnering with businesses across India and international markets. At Alkem, he will lead Corporate HR, India Sales & Marketing HR, and International HR, driving strategic people initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, leadership development, and business performance.
