This month marks 40 years of the Virginia Peninsula Foodbank serving our community 💙💚 Since 1986, we’ve worked side by side with our neighbors to help ensure everyone has access to the food they need to thrive. This work is only possible because of our community—every hour volunteered, every donation made, and every can given has helped build a stronger, more connected Peninsula. Over the years, we’ve seen how quickly circumstances can change—a job loss, a medical diagnosis, a moment that shifts everything. Hunger can touch anyone, but so can community.
