We celebrated #Pride this month with a picnic, decorations in our social space, a talk on why Pride still matters by Graham Watt, and a thought box on what it means to employees. We believe every employee should feel valued regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. Equity, diversity and inclusion is fundamental to our culture. It helps us create a workplace where people feel safe, respected, and able to contribute fully, which strengthens collaboration, wellbeing and performance.
