When we first became certified in 2022, it was a step in strengthening something that was already part of how we operate - how we build our team, how we support our portfolio companies, and how we think about long-term value creation. Re-certification is different. It requires measurable progress. Since 2022, we’ve formalised our fund-level ESG goals, provided tailored portfolio support, embedded more structured employee-focused policies and practices, committed to annual community initiatives, and further integrated environmental responsibility into our operations. That progress is reflected in our improved score of 113.9. For us, re-certification is about discipline.
