We celebrated the launch of the 7th edition of 𝘌𝘜 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘈𝘪𝘥𝘴, edited by Yvo De Vries with contributions from Gerrit Praasterink, last week. To mark the occasion, the contributing authors came together for an in-depth workshop, followed by an inspiring keynote address by Advocate General Andrea Biondi.   Widely recognised as a leading resource, the new edition provides a comprehensive analysis of recent developments in EU State aid law: from the transformation of crisis frameworks into strategic tools, to the role of State aid in supporting the green and digital transitions. It also covers key regulatory developments, including the Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR), updated IPCEI guidance, and the UK’s post-Brexit subsidy regime.   We look back on an insightful and engaging event and congratulate Yvo, Leigh Hancher Francesco Maria Salerno and all contributing authors on this new edition!
