🚀 Last month we launched the Productivity Manifesto at The International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare in Oslo! Together with our partners Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and and Great North Healthcare Alliance, we brought together 18 months of collective learning on productivity in the NHS. In short- Productivity in the NHS IS NOT just a technical problem to be measured merely by statistics. In fact, national data can only explain half of the factors leading to reductions in productivity. So - what's the other half? The forgotten 50%? ✅ It's people. Relationships. Culture.
