📢 The time for change is now. Today we launch the Productivity Manifesto!🚀⚡‼️      Productivity in the NHS IS NOT just a technical problem to be measured merely by statistics. In fact, national data can only explain half of the factors leading to reductions in productivity.      So - what's the other half? The forgotten 50%?      It's people. Relationships.
