🎉 It's National Productivity Week 🎉 As founding members of The Modern Productives series alongside our incredible partners Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and Great North Healthcare Alliance, we believe the #NHS needs a new way of thinking about productivity... People-led productivity requires a foundation of trust, #psychologicalsafety, and genuine connection between managers and their people, and doing this in a way that’s integrated with “real work”. To help turn this people‑led view of productivity into practice, we have developed an NHS Productivity Manifesto through the Modern Productive Series, this is a simple set of ten commitments that describe the conditions in which productive, compassionate work can thrive.
