"If we make things better for colleagues, then we will make things better for patients". ✨ We believe investing in people is the most powerful productivity strategy we have. Through our work together on the Modern Productive Series (discover more here https://lnkd.in/ea2fkVJ9), we have created new tools and methods which enable #NHS organisations to have a different conversations around effective teams. It's created opportunities for colleagues to take up the challenges and opportunities they currently face by improving quality whilst at the same time, tackling cultural issues which help unlock #productivity and #efficiency. With our partners Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Great North Healthcare Alliance, we've been developing, testing and implementing tools that build on collaboration, compassion, and collective strength.
