In a first for Hong Kong, Hongkong Land and Gammon Construction Limited have introduced CarbonCure's CO₂ mineralisation technology to the Tomorrow's CENTRAL project. This innovative technology injects captured CO₂ into fresh concrete, permanently trapping it and reducing cement usage by up to 7%. The pioneering initiative supports our commitment to sustainability and specifically our goal to cut Scope 3 carbon intensity by 22% by 2030. With approval from the Buildings Department, we are proud to pave the way for wider industry adoption.
