This week, we celebrated the commencement of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX)'s redesign of its new permanent home at One Exchange Square. Our partnership began in 1986 with the opening of the original trading hall. Decades on, this milestone follows HKEX’s acquisition of the top nine floors of One Exchange Square, along with a reimagined lobby, a dedicated lift to Connect Hall, and new retail space, all expertly delivered by our long-term partner, Gammon Construction Limited. This isn’t just a renovation. It is a celebration of our shared vision to strengthen Central as a leading global financial hub, and brings to life Hongkong Land's commitment that Experience is central, keeping Central the premier destination for finance, commerce, and lifestyle.
