Hongkong Land's Group Chief Financial Officer Craig Beattie sat down with Goola Warden from The Edge Singapore for an in-depth interview on Hongkong Land's 2035 strategic vision and the progress made so far against it. Craig highlighted the successful launch of the Singapore Central Private Real Estate Fund earlier this year, as well as the US$1 billion transformation of Landmark in Hong Kong, and the significant growth potential for Westbund Central in Shanghai. He also talked through Hongkong Land's plans to expand into Asian gateway cities including Seoul and Sydney. Fundamentally, this strategy will guide Hongkong Land’s shareholder value creation over the next decade. As Craig noted in the interview: "Hongkong Land has been in business for 137 years. By having a 10-year strategy, we are looking to create value over the long term."
