"Celebrating 29th Anniversary of Establishment of the Hong Kong SAR - Forging a New Chapter of Innovation and Shared Prosperity" On 1 July 2026, we mark the 29th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Over the years, Hong Kong has moved forward with determination, seizing opportunities amid change and breaking new ground through innovation. HKPC - Hong Kong Productivity Council will continue to fully support the HKSAR Government's policies, align with the national "15th Five-Year Plan", and actively respond to the upcoming "Hong Kong Five-Year Plan". We will focus on driving innovation and technology, as well as industrial upgrading — from R&D to commercialisation — to inject fresh momentum into Hong Kong's high-quality development.
