【HKBU 70th Anniversary Series - Our Alumni, Our Stories】   Three alumni, under the themes of “Building a Dream Campus”, “A Witness to History”, and “Intergenerational Succession”, shared touching stories of their enduring bonds with their alma mater.   Ir Siu Man-po, former Director of Estates of HKBU, recounted his journey from student to assistant lecturer, and eventually to a campus builder, participating in the development of the Shaw Campus that HKBU members take pride in.   Ms Jeannette Ma, Assistant Librarian of HKBU, spoke of her return to her alma mater after graduating from the Department of History, where she now leads the Special Collections and Archives in organising and preserving university archives to safeguard HKBU’s precious history.   Professor William Leung Wing-cheung, former Treasurer of the Council and the Court of HKBU, shared the story of how he met his future wife who was his junior in the Department of English at HKBU, and their daughter’s enrolment to HKBU’s Department of English Language and Literature many years later.   【浸大70周年系列 — 校友篇】   三名校友分別以「築夢校園」、「歷史見證」、「跨代傳承」為主題，分享與浸大結下不解之緣的動人故事。   浸大前物業處處長蕭文波工程師，分享他由學生、助理講師到成為校園建設者，參與打造浸大人引以為傲的逸夫校園。   浸大圖書館助理館長馬詠欣女士，講述她從歷史系畢業後重返母校，帶領特藏及文獻組整理及保存大學檔案，留存浸大的珍貴歷史。   浸大前校董會暨諮議會司庫梁永祥教授，分享他當年在浸大英文系讀書時與師妹締結良緣，以及兩人女兒相隔多年後入讀浸大英國語言文學系的故事。   #seehkbu #HKBU #hongkongbaptistuniversity #hkbaptistu #hkbaptistuniversity #HKBU70Anniversary #香港浸會大學 #浸大 #浸大70周年 #70周年校慶
