We are pleased to share that on 9 June 2026, Y Kong, Wong & Partners (member firm of Yingke International) formally signed an Agreement on the Establishment of a Strategic Partnership with Henan Guoyin (Xuchang) Law Firm （河南国银（许昌）律师事务所）— one of Henan Province's leading firms, with over 500 lawyers across 10 branches. What began as a chance meeting between Guoyin’s representatives and myself in Zhengzhou, Henan, in March 2026 has, in just a few short months, grown into a meaningful strategic alliance — a reminder that the best collaborations often begin with a single conversation. This partnership is an opportunity to deepen mutual understanding and friendship between the legal communities of our two regions, and a strong first step toward a long-term cooperation framework that serves Chinese enterprises on their "Going Global" journey.
