Yesterday, we came together for an exciting State of the Company address live streamed from our Marlborough, MA headquarters. Thank you to all our colleagues who attended in person and tuned in from sites globally! Our new CEO, Joe Almeida, opened the session with immense gratitude and appreciation for the legacy we built over Hologic’s 40+ year history, and shared an inspiring vision for accelerating our mission to help women around the world live healthier lives. Leaders also had the opportunity to explore our Marlborough manufacturing site and meet the dedicated team there supporting production across Hologic’s businesses. This milestone marked the start of a global listening and engagement tour. Over the coming weeks, our leadership team will meet more colleagues face-to-face and experience firsthand how our Purpose to enable healthier lives everywhere, every day, our Passion to be global champions of #WomensHealth, and our Promise to deliver the Science of Sure are reflected in the work we do for patients worldwide.
