After an intense and impactful chapter, I have concluded my assignment at Peter Hahn GmbH and said goodbye to my teams. Within a short period of time, we successfully initiated and implemented key transformation steps, strengthened planning and steering structures, procurement governance and set the right strategic course for a future-oriented and performance-driven organization. I am grateful for the trust placed in me and proud of what we achieved together.
