We are thrilled to welcome Alice Hartopp to the HollenPlus team! 🚀   Alice joins us during a period of sustained growth as more property owners and investors move away from "tick-box" ESG and toward our "Asset-First" philosophy, where we create and deliver tailored decarbonisation and ESG solutions which improve returns and enhance liquidity.    Alice holds a Geography degree from the University of Reading, where she specialised in ESG and sustainable transport research. Her academic foundation in the built environment is complemented by practical experience in the Planning sector, where she supported the development of local plans and strategic frameworks.   At HollenPlus, Alice leverages this regulatory insight to drive decarbonisation and Net Zero strategies.
