This International Women in Engineering Day, we're shining a light on some of the incredible women across our technology team. Through their expertise, problem-solving, and innovation, they help drive continuous improvements across our business, supporting both our colleagues and customers in meaningful ways every day. We asked our engineering colleagues what inspires them about their careers and the impact they make through their work. For anyone considering a career in engineering, IT or tech more widely, Neelam shares this advice: "Be curious, ask questions, and never be afraid to seek help. Most importantly, believe in yourself and give it a try — you may be surprised by what you can achieve."
