April is Parkinson's Awareness Month and we were interviewed by a local CTV News reporter about our project to develop a prophylactic vaccine targeting Parkinson's disease. https://lnkd.in/gNfqqmSQ Our most recent paper has been accepted for publication in the journal Brain, awag010, https://lnkd.in/gsMUy5MR. This project is a collaboration with the laboratory of Erdem Gültekin Tamgüney at the Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. We received support from the Weston Brain Institute, the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, the Parkinson Association of Alberta, and a Brad Mates E Drive Fellowship in Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders.
