Empowering 26 more senior sustainability leaders to drive profitable growth! That’s a wrap. The 4th cohort of our Holcim University Sustainability Program is complete. Run in Madrid with IE University and Dark Horse, and featuring insights from Arup, the program brought together 26 senior leaders from 19 countries and 12 functions. Together, they explored how we can navigate geopolitical complexities, manage stakeholders across the value chain, and ensure efficient governance. For the first time, a full-day workshop tackled real business cases, hosted by Holcim EMEA Digital Center. Across all four cohorts, we’ve now trained over 120 senior leaders, and received great feedback. Congrats to our newest graduates, who will now share their learnings with Holcim’s markets across the world, as we drive NextGen Growth. What does sustainability leadership mean to you?
