𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲. We have been shortlisted for the 2026 Reuters Energy Industry Awards – Strategic Partnership Award for our work advising the Government of Ukraine on a landmark mineral rights agreement with the U.S. The agreement is designed to strengthen economic ties, encourage investment in Ukraine’s mineral resources, and support long-term economic recovery through responsible resource development. As lead legal advisor, we assembled a cross-border, cross-practice team to support a matter at the intersection of law, geopolitics, national security, and economic recovery. This recognition reflects what strategic partnership can make possible: international collaboration, legal precision, and investment structures built for long-term impact.
