We’re committed to helping our people grow, with a learning culture that supports every step of their career journey. This week, we were delighted to welcome 26 experienced associates from 11 EMEA offices to Berlin for our 𝗡𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲. Programs like this help our associates to develop communication, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills to enable them to navigate a range of negotiations and challenging conversations effectively. Over two days, participants strengthened their approach to:   o  Recognizing biases and psychological shortcuts that can affect decision-making   o  Learning strategies to prepare for and engage in negotiations successfully   o  Responding to challenging tactics and learning how to manage pressure  o  Understanding the importance of a win-win mindset    “This is a very important topic for work life,” said one participant. Another added: “This workshop was very practical; I can use and apply the techniques for daily work.” We appreciate our partner sponsor Arne Thiermann and our trainers Lars Kirchhoff and Felix Wendenburg for bringing their insight to the program.
