Forty-four partners gathered in Washington, D.C. for 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 – our program for newly elevated partners and laterals with comparable experience. Over three days, they shared ideas, exchanged insights, and took a focused look at the expectations and priorities that come with partnership – while also building connections with peers, firm leadership, and senior partners.   “Transform 2026 gave me valuable insights that will help me collaborate more effectively across practices and be more intentional about how I organize and develop our associates. The practical tools and concrete tips I gained will also help me be more efficient and structured in my role,” said partner Josh Gelula.   A huge thank you to our HL Lead & Learn team Michelle Cecchini Nash, Grace Stilger, and Katie Willis, with support from Partner Program Leads Christelle Coslin, Lisa Ellman, and Daniel Norris, for delivering a program that equips partners to lead with confidence, act as owners of the firm, and steward our culture as they shape what’s next.
