For us, Global ABS was more than a conference. It was a preview of what comes next.   As Hogan Lovells and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP move toward our combination, our teams showed the structured finance market the strength of the combined platform taking shape.   With 50 colleagues across nine countries, representing the U.S., UK, and Continental Europe, we brought together the product depth and geographic reach that our new offering will provide clients.   From 1 July, Hogan Lovells Cadwalader will bring together a Structured Finance and Derivatives practice of at least 220 lawyers globally, including around 60 partners, creating one of the largest securitization practices in the market.   Thank you to our clients, colleagues, and industry participants who joined us in Barcelona. The conversations reinforced what clients need now: integrated advice across products, jurisdictions, and capital structures – delivered by a team built for where the market is moving.
