Leighton Asia Wins 300-Meter Residential Tower in Mumbai 🏙️ Our colleagues from Leighton Asia (CIMIC Group) have been awarded a contract to deliver a luxury residential project in Mumbai, India, for Embassy Developments Limited, India’s major real estate developer. The project, known as Embassy Citadel, is located in the South Mumbai area, and will generate revenue of approximately AUD 132 million for Leighton Asia. The project involves construction of a single tower, approximately 300 meters in height, with a builtup area of around 192,000 square meters. The scope includes civil and structural works. ACS Group and HOCHTIEF Chief Executive Officer and CIMIC Group Executive Chairman Juan Santamaría said: “This award demonstrates the Group’s established capability in delivering high-rise residential developments, including in India where Leighton Asia has successfully delivered a range of large-scale residential projects.
