Colleagues from across the Probation Service came together in Cardiff to hear directly from Lord Timpson about his vision for probation. From approved premises and courts to prisons, community payback, sentence management and HQ functions — staff shared honest reflections on what’s working, the challenges, and how we shape the future of probation together.
