[Celebrating growth and leadership] Creativity, reflection and a strong sense of achievement filled the room at The Hong Kong Jockey Club as more than 70 employees came together in early June to celebrate the graduation of the inaugural cohort of the New People Management Excellence Programme. Launched in September 2024, this 1.5-year programme brought together colleagues from 12 divisions, all with a shared goal of growing as people managers and future leaders. At the ceremony, Gautam Dev, Head of Talent and Change Management, People and Organisational Development, congratulated the graduates on their hard work and dedication. He also reaffirmed the Club’s commitment to investing in people and developing future leaders to support our continued growth. Congratulations to all our graduates.
