𝗢𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆, 𝗺𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗴𝗼 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 What always stood out was not only their competence, but their quiet strength, sincerity, and sense of responsibility towards the organizations and people they served I learned a lot simply by leading and observing them. Alice Mbori Mwalimo Marketing Lead, BETA Healthcare Group & Shelys Pharmaceutical Limited - An Aspen Group Company (Aspen - SSA Group) When I joined Aspen in 2011, Alice Mbori Mwalimo was already a strong pillar of the marketing team. She understood the pharmaceutical market deeply and stayed closely connected with the field teams and customers. Her insights did not come from boardrooms alone. They came from listening carefully to the market, the team - OTC, Medical Nutrition, Medical Representatives & the doctors, and the people who actually used the medicines. What impressed me then was her discipline and attention to detail. We then worked together at Zenufa Laboratories (Tanzania) Limited. Over the years I watched her grow step by step through dedication and consistency. Today anna marupa leads the Sales and Marketing function of Zenufa, which has grown into one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Tanzania. Seeing that journey unfold is truly satisfying. Olivia Kemigisa When Olivia joined DEI BioPharma Ltd as Head of Human Capital, she immediately brought clarity and structure to the organization. Her experience working with the American Embassy reflected in the professionalism of the systems she introduced. More importantly, she created an environment where people felt respected, heard, and valued. That is the real strength of good leadership. Looking back, working with professionals like Alice, Anna, and Olivia has been a learning experience for me as well. They reminded me that leadership is not always loud. Often it is consistent, responsible, thoughtful, and deeply committed to people and purpose.
