🚀 Introducing Our Graduation Project: Jobber For the past few months, my teammate Eda Eylül Günay and I have been working hard on a project that we're excited to share: Jobber – an AI-powered recruitment platform that aims to make the hiring process smarter and more efficient. 🤖👥 🎯 What does Jobber do? Jobber matches job listings with candidate CVs using machine learning models to calculate a similarity score between them. This helps companies quickly identify the most relevant applicants, while candidates get matched with positions that truly fit their profiles. 🛠️ My Role: I’m leading the AI/ML development, building the core system that analyzes and compares job descriptions and CVs using state-of-the-art semantic similarity models like MiniLM and MPNet. My teammate Eda Eylül Günay is handling the frontend, backend, and database development — building the user interface and ensuring smooth interactions on the platform.
