From day one to leadership. In July 2006, two young engineers joined our company on the same day. Twenty years later, they are leading Power Consulting teams in India and the UK. The journeys of Kondalarao Bavisetti and Umamaheswara Rao Madugula are a testament to what is possible when curiosity, continuous learning, and trust come together. What started as campus recruitment opportunities evolved into international assignments, leadership roles, and careers helping customers solve some of the most complex challenges in the power industry.
