Building on our earlier post on Hitachi High-Tech’s collaborations with University of Tsukuba Malaysia and Bandung Institute of Technology, we are glad to share another milestone from Indonesia. As of April 2026, PT. Hitachi High-Tech Indonesia has successfully installed the SU3900 SEM system equipped with #AMICS at PT Geoservices. This strengthens PT Geoservices’ automated mineralogy capabilities, enabling higher-resolution imaging, faster mineral classification and more reliable quantitative analysis. What makes this meaningful is not just the installation of advanced technology, but how it is being applied. Together, Hitachi High-Tech Indonesia and PT Geoservices are extending the collaboration into joint marketing, research projects, industry seminars, workshops and technical knowledge-sharing across mining, oil & gas, geothermal and mineral processing sectors. This reflects the broader role we hope to play in the SEAI region: bringing advanced analytical technologies closer to industry needs, strengthening local technical capabilities, and supporting more sustainable development of the natural resource sector.
