It’s Color TV Day ! 📺🖥️🗼 (June 25) #ElectronMicroscope #ColorTVDay #AntiReflectionFilm   High resolution low voltage SEM of a moth-eye type anti reflection film   A moth-eye type anti-reflection film was observed without metal coating at 0.3 kV accelerating voltage. While the top-down image clarified the size and the distribution of the nano-protuberances, the oblique image revealed the bell-shaped structure of the protuberances. Ultrahigh resolution Schottky SEM equipped with a magnetic field and electrostatic field compound lens enables high resolution low voltage imaging without the influence of sample tilt.   To know more about the ultrahigh resolution Schottky SEM, check out the comment below !
