A lot of teams try to fix hiring by adding more structure. More forms. More steps. More checks. More admin. But most hiring slowdowns are not caused by a lack of process. They come from too much process sitting between interest and action. The best workflows usually do one thing well: they keep momentum alive. That means: ✅ clear next steps, ✅ faster follow-ups, ✅ less back-and-forth, ✅ and fewer places for candidates to disappear. That is a better definition of “thorough.” Agree or disagree?
