History is to be remembered. #history #sniper #repost @badgerordnance ・・・ Today we honor our Vietnam Veterans. The man centered is Mark Limpic. Limpic spent 30 years in the USMC retiring as a MGySgt. Mark went to USMC Scout Sniper School at Camp Bullis in 1964 and deployed to Vietnam in 1967 with 3rd Battlion 5th Marines as an 0311 Rifleman. Later Mark moved to 5th Marine Regiment Scout Snipers becoming a Team Leader and platoon Sgt operating with and employing Scout Snipers to include the legendary Chuck Mawhinney. He spent 1968 and 1969 working the Quang Nam Province in An Hoa and Dia Loc in the Arizona Territory. Mark is an exemplary Marine and great local friend of Badger Ordnance and our great nation is better of having men like him among our ranks.
